Carmine Andolini, boss of the Nostra Citta crime family based out of Drune Babalon.
Carmine took a liking to Drune when he ventured there on mob business from his hometown "The Loop" in Chicago. His family narrowly escaped the Bio-Plague of 2012 that decimated Chicago. They returned to Chicago to help rebuild the city as members of StormTech’s reconstruction effort.
Carmine took longer than most children to walk and talk. He was unassuming as a young boy till he got caught up with the wrong crowd. His arrogance and confidence grew when a high school bully decided Carmine was going to be his next victim. The bully lost his front teeth that day, his jaw wired shut for six weeks to allow for the fractures to heal. The “Sons of the Chicago Outfit”, who were actual children of members of the Chicago Outfit, took notice.
Carmine was muscle in the actual Chicago Outfit during his early 20s. One day he presented to his captain his plans for the greatest grab since the Lufthansa heist before the turn of the century. Suddenly a captain himself in his 30s when his boss took a bullet during the heist. Carmine was living large.
Carmine always the schemer vacationed at the sin city of Drune and immediately fell in love. There was so much money to be had, sex, drugs, music venues, bars, arms deals, cybergear trading and illegal braindance distribution. This city was a goldmine, he just had to have it. A town with only one mob boss was ripe for the taking. After his 6-month war with the Drune crime family, Carmine owned the city. All organized crime funneled it’s way through the Nostra Citta crime family and into Carmine’s pockets.
